Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, which is in Utah currently. We will quote the sales tax at checkout.

Has my order shipped?

Best way to contact us is on our contact form or on facebook. You can call us also but it is not the preferred method since we are an online company and may not be available to take calls while processing orders. Leave us a message and we will get back to you usually in less than 1 business day.

We accept all major credit cards, paypal, wire transfer, money order is also accepted but is slower method of payment, apple pay, and other payment methods coming soon.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you typically within 1 to 2 business days if items are instock.
